Welcome to Ridpath Primary School

Welcome to Ridpath Primary School! As principal of Ridpath, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our students and families.

Ridpath serves approximately 200 students in Kindergarten through Second Grade. We are located in the heart of Greencastle, on the edge of DePauw University's campus. Over the years, we have developed a strong partnership with DePauw University that has allowed us to offer some unique and amazing experiences for our students.

At Ridpath, we believe that all students can learn and grow. We are deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. While keeping a strong academic focus, we also believe in teaching the whole child and developing strong character in our students. We invite all parents to play an active role in their child's education. We welcome you to join our PTO, attend school events, and volunteer at our school.
